I was shocked by how rude the staff were during my stay. After a long drive, I expected a warm welcome, but the front desk staff seemed annoyed by my questions. The breakfast experience was awkward, as I felt rushed and uncomfortable while eating. I shouldn't have to feel bad for asking how things operate.

A Comfortable Stay with Good Amenities!

We enjoyed our family getaway at this hotel. The King Room was spacious and well-furnished, making it comfortable for our four-night stay. The breakfast buffet, while small, offered tasty waffles and freshly cooked bacon. For families, I recommend exploring nearby attractions during the day.

I had a fantastic stay with a large, clean room that had the most comfortable bed ever! The breakfast was beyond tasty, and I couldn't get over the variety of draft beers offered at the bar.

The staff was exceptional, especially this guy Michael, you know? He went out of his way to help my family settle into our room, even smiling while he assisted with the change. I walked in and was hit with that fresh vibe, like a sense of satisfaction hit you right in the gut.

The convenience of being less than a 10-minute walk to both Westwood Park and The Southern Market made exploring so enjoyable. as a solo traveler, it was such a relief to find a spot that suited my needs so well, but the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noise outside my room.
